Concept - student communication by ads-and-posts system
Website is oriented to local student community from Tilubrg (Holland). Main assumption of website's functionality is the advertising system, which enables publishing ads/posts and searching for stuff/people/events/rooms in the area of Tilburg city and university.
StuGood.org, by it's local character, allows to:
- make quick transactions (sell/buy transactions are performed by publishing/finding ads and personal meeting on the ground of city/school)
- exchange stuff and notes between students
- meet new people (finding people in local area like: partners to study, to sport team, fans of the same hobby etc.)
- add and view info about events taking place @ Tilburg
- search for trainings, internships and part-time jobs
Comfort and speed
To fastener publishing ads and moving around the website, we applied "the least number of clicks" principle. Users can move around wesbite with the help of convenient navigation bars, which present current site path and allow to switch between categories and ads easily and quickly. Ad/post publishing form only needs to be filled with several informations and the time spent on whole publishing operation takes several seconds with brief ad/post .
Registration at website is accessible only to students of Tilburg schools/universities. Ad/post details are avaible only to logged users.
